Opel Astra (04 - 10)

The Astra is one of those special cars that falls into the same category as the Nissan Micra, Ford Fiesta, and its sibling the Corsa, in that it will always be a good seller, new or used. It’s a good looking car that has an affordable price-tag and doesn’t cost an awful lot to keep on the road. It’s also very practical, even in the three door version, and very easy to drive. These are the reasons it is so popular. The cabin is a really nice place to be. It’s comfortable, refined and looks well. The central console is cleverly put together and there’s a decent amount of kit included, even in the base model. It’s also a pretty good choice for learner drivers. In terms of performance, the Astra is an impressive car. The small dimensions, sharp steering, and spritely engines make it a fun and very manageable drive. It also boasts great fuel economy and efficiency.
